Return & Exchange Policy

●CUSTOM  ITEMS●

Refund and exchange claims will only be accepted within 30 days of order processing. 

Refunds will NOT be issued for sizing disputes.

Items Damaged or Poor Quality
If an item is damaged or is shipped with a poor-quality print, you must send us a photograph of the poor-quality print or damaged area. Cgs Clothing will replace any items damaged or poor-quality at no additional cost.  CGS Clothing is not responsible for items damaged in shipping.

*Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.

*We offer FREE RETURNS to all our women's fashion.

*All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise

All items sent back must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. 
Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. Please allow 7 business days for it to be processed.
*Items that are final sale : sale items, jewelry, bralettes, and bralette dresses for sanitary purposes.
CANCELING AN ORDER
At this time we are not canceling orders. If you ordered the wrong size please email us and we can see if there is a possibility of switching it out! If not we can offer you store credit!

DISCOUNT CODES
Please make sure you are using discount codes and store credit when checking out. We will not be able to fix this for you if you forget to use it!
SALE ITEMS
Note that all items on sale are final and cannot be retuned or exchanged!
If you send us an item that has been washed, worn, or outside of the 14 day period, you will not get a refund.
